Pressure Piping & Installation
We design, build, test, install and maintain pressure piping systems.
Well-designed, well-built pressure piping is the safest way to quickly transport gases and liquids. To maximize space, these gases and liquids are highly pressurized, which makes the system more efficient, but also more dangerous, especially when those substances are flammable, corrosive, poisonous, or being transported at high temperatures, which is the norm for the industries that we work with. At Integrity Welding, we provide fabrication and installation of pressure piping for energy systems, including the fabrication and installation of major components at our facilities in Prince George, BC.
Qualifications
We understand that you need to be able to trust your equipment. Not only for the safety of your employees, clients, or anyone else operating near your pressure piping systems, but also for the sake of your business when transporting valuable but destructive materials. Your pressure piping is one of the worst places to cut corners. Fortunately for you, we don’t do that.
Our shop is CWB certified, but our pipefitters and quality assurance personnel are individually highly certified, and our welders also hold Class A Pressure Welder certifications in both BC and Alberta, which is the most advanced welding certification available, and qualifies our welders to handle anything a job requires of us. It takes years of applied experience to reach A level certification, and it shows the quality of our work.
We produce quality you can trust.
One of the ways we earned our reputation was through consistently quality work, and a long list of certifications that formalize our expertise. Learn more about our quality and safety standards as well as our certifications.
Maintenance
We don’t only do new systems. Pipe erosion and deterioration due to pressure, heat transfer, and caustic chemical transport as well as normal wear and tear from operating in an industrial setting requires regular inspection and maintenance. We can evaluate your existing systems and make recommendations based on your specific needs. We won’t upsell you, and we won’t hide any issues, whether that means we’re recommending an entirely new system or a simple valve replacement.
