Structural Welding
We offer structural welding services for companies in heavy industry.
We have a 6000 square foot shop equipped with overhead cranes that will let us take care of most small to medium sized structural welding projects on the premises, and no job is too small for us to throw our care and expertise behind.
We can build metal frameworks for buildings, bridges, vehicles, and other complex metal structures. We’re also happy to send our mobile welding team to your project site to do repairs and maintenance work or to work on site if your project is too large to be completed in our shop.
Equipment
We own the equipment we need to complete your projects as efficiently as possible to minimize the cost and downtime passed on to you.
Stud Welders
We have a Nelson stud welder with a 1-inch capacity. Stud welding uses fasteners called weld studs, which come in a wide variety of designs and can be end-joined to a metal work piece for a high-strength bond. This method of fastening is a lot cheaper than others and requires fewer people to accomplish.
CNC Press Brake
A CNC press brake is a programmable machine used for sheet metal deformation. This is a fast, efficient way to create sheet metal parts that are ready usually right after being made. They also usually don’t need extra material to be made, which is cost-efficient and leaves you with a lighter weight component that, since it doesn’t have multiple joints, is less prone to failures and errors.
CNC Plasma Table
A CNC plasma table uses a plasma laser and a computer to make precise, pre-programmed cuts. Using a CNC plasma table is fast, efficient, and is less likely to make errors than a manually controlled plasma cutter.
Your safety is important to us, and so is ours.
We follow strict safety standards that help keep us safe while we’re working and you safe when your project is done and in your hands. Learn more about our safety standards and why they’re so important to us.
